The following information is gathered:

• User-supplied information: When you fill out the contact form, the information that you enter (your name, firm or company, address, city, state, zip, e-mail, telephone number, law practice area of interest, and/or questions/comments) is used only for contacting you at your request or for responding to your questions. In addition, the information that you provide is only kept until we have responded to your request for information.
• Server log information: In order to monitor the traffic patterns on the web site, the web server keeps records of the IP addresses, referring locations and browser types of all visitors to the web site.
